About Tomos

The formal bit

Tomos is a 20 year old student studying for a BSc in Business Information Technology at Aberystwyth University. He is currently in his final year, and is hoping to further his education by applying for a MSc. in (Econ) Management which is accredited by the Association of MBAs. When not working for his degree, Tomos can be found out socialising with friends, playing squash for the University or expanding his portfolio by freelancing.

He hails from North Wales, and that is where he truly calls home. Whilst away in University, Aberystwyth is his home, where he shares a house with two of his friends.

As for career prospects, as some would say, the world is his oyster. Tomos would like to one day work for a web design/development firm, or end up running his own company.

The not-so-formal bit

As you might have gathered, I’m a 20 year old guy, who likes to freelance as well as studying for a BSc in Business IT. I enjoy a wide variety of activities, ranging from sports to socializing with friends. I’m also interested in photography, and it is something that I hope to improve at and start enjoying even more in the upcoming months.

In the past I’ve participated in a wide variety of sports, ranging from swimming, football, tennis and squash. For the past few years, squash has been my preferred sport, and I’ve done my fare share of competing, at one time being ranked in the to 30 in Wales in the Under 17 age category. I currently play for my University’s 1st Mens team, and this season I haven’t lost a game.

I also enjoy freelancing, and it’s something that I first became interested in about 5 years ago. Since then, my skills have greatly improved, and more importantly my attitude has changed dramatically. I now have my own portfolio, and it can be seen over at viavee.
